Description

High-gloss, quick-curing two-component medical grade inks for high-demand adhesion and chemical resistance. These medical grade inks can be widely used to mark on a number of medical device components including catheters and medical grade tubing made from materials that are difficult to print on, such as pre-treated polyethylene, polypropylene, stainless steel, polyurethane, polyimide, polyamide, PEEK, Radel Teflon™ (FEP, PTFE, and PFA), Kapton, Polyolefin and Ultem.

Marabu has an ink line to answer all printing or marking requirements for medical grade plastics used in a multitude of medical devices including catheters, tubing and heat shrinks. Meeting the FDA requirements for Class VI certification, Marabu medical grade inks can be used with confidence on any of your medical device components.

Description

These glossy medical grade inks are distinguished by particularly high resistance. Being a one-component medical grade ink, it is very quick-drying and easy to process. To raise surface stability or other stabilities, hardener can be added. This medical grade pad printing ink can be widely used to mark on a number of medical device components such as catheters and medical grade tubing which are solvent sensitive made from PVC, polystyrene, ABS, acrylic glass, polyester and Pebax.
